Do you rent out bikes for children?

The smallest bikes we offer for rent are 24”. For children who require a smaller size, we recommend transporting them in a cargo bike instead. Although Copenhagen has excellent cycling infrastructure, cycling remains a primary mode of transportation and traffic can be busy. For this reason, we advise that children who are not experienced riding in Copenhagen be transported in a cargo bike for safety.

Can I extend my bike rental?

Yes, you can extend your bike rental if the bike is available. Please contact us before your rental period ends to arrange the extension.

What is included when I rent a bike?

Minimum 1 lock is included per bike. Lights and helmets can be rented for a fee.

Do you rent electric bikes?

Unfortunately we don't rent out electric bikes. We have a great selection of city bikes and cargo bikes.

What is the return policy for rental bikes?

Rental bikes must be picked up and returned to our shop at Kongens Nytorv 8.

When can I return the bike?

It is possible to return the bikes both within and outside operating hours (08:00 until 23:00). You will receive more information on this upon retrieving the bikes.

How long is a rental day?

A rental day is from when the bike is picked up, until the returning day at 10:30am, so if you are picking up a bike at 11:00am on a monday and renting for 2 days, the bike needs to be returned latest on wednesday at 10:30am.
